OnePlus Confirms Six Moniker for Its Next Smartphone


In its latest teaser of 4-second and new forum section, OnePlus has confirmed the six monikers for its next smartphone. The company posted a super short video on its Twitter account on Monday night, revealing that OnePlus 6 will be the name of its next flagship. Followed by blinking image of six, suggesting premium specification including Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. Additionally, OnePlus forum section has gone live on the website.

OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau said that the upcoming smartphone will have 256GB of storage along with 8GB of RAM and will be the best OnePlus device in the Android market with much storage. From the last couple of days, OnePlus 6 has been a hot subject in the mobile world.

Moreover, OnePlus CEO acknowledges that the upcoming smartphone will have a screen with notch and will measure approximately 19.62 x 7.69 mm.

As per the rumors, the OnePlus 6 will sport dual camera on the back side with a slight difference in its alignment. The smartphone will expect to run on OxygenOS based on Android Oreo version. In terms of charging facility, it seems to be the fastest among the various fast charge technologies.

As of now, the company does not reveal the official release date of its upcoming smartphone, but it is being rumored that the company planning to launch the smartphone in the next month.
